Water Soluble Cutting Oil 

EMULCO 18M range of cutting oils are high-performance, water-soluble cutting oils formulated for a wide range of machining operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It forms a stable milky white emulsion when mixed with water, offering excellent cooling, lubrication, and cleanliness. EMULCO RANGE of minerals cutting oils by SANLUB has hard water compatibility up to 700 ppm . These products are free from phenol and nitrites, fortified with high-grade biocides and fungicides to ensure long sump life without foul odors or skin irritation. 

RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS:

           Suitable for light to heavy-duty machining operations, including:

• Turning, drilling, milling, and grinding

• CNC and conventional machines

• Machining of tough alloys like stainless steel and high-tensile steel

• Recommended for individual sumps and central systems

          RECOMMENDED DILUTION:

• Grinding: 4–5%

• General Machining: 5-7%

• Heavy Duty Operations: 7–10%

Dilute with clean water. Always add oil to water, not vice versa.
